产品名称：双向可清管水下三通 产品描述： The QCS Director™ Bi-Directional Piggable Wye is a “Y”-shaped pipeline fitting designed to facilitate the pigging and cleaning of lateral deep or shallow water subsea pipeline systems through one predetermined leg. The Director™ Bi-Directional Piggable Wye has the unique ability to accommodate reverse flow pigging. The Director™ accommodates bi-directional pigging through the wye using an internal diverter sleeve which rotates within the main line bore of the wye to direct the pig. The diverter sleeve is actuated from the exterior of the wye, which can be operated by ROV or diver. Actuating the internal diverter sleeve rotates the sleeve to close the port to the lateral line permitting bi-directional pigging in the main line. Conventional pigging can still be performed in the mainline while the diverter sleeve is closed. The Director™ Wye permits conventional flow combining pigging operations when the diverter sleeve is in the open position. QCS Dual Director™ Bi-Directional Piggable Wye accommodates bi-directional pigging through the wye by using one mirror image internal director sleeve in both legs of the wye. The two director sleeves are rotated by two independent external actuators. The actuators can be operated with ROV or diver, depending on the specific application.
