How to Participate

[Exhibition Rule]

　

1. Exhibit space cost: This exhibition will provide International exhibitors with two options – one is the space with shell scheme and the other is raw space. Any exhibitor can choose one of them according to the company’s business requirements.

■ Space with Shell Scheme:
Price: standard 9 sqm CNY30000; Regular size : 3m×3m.
This option includes back & inside walls, carpet, booth fascia board, one consulting desk, two chairs, one fluorescent light and one power point (220V, 5A).
■ Raw space:
Price: CNY3200 per sqm (Minimum 36 sqm). The exhibitors can appoint their own stand contractor or delegate official contractor to customize their stand design. Carpet is not included.

2. Additional Exhibitor Service (not required): Price: CNY800/person It includes three lunches, beverages, entrance to opening banquet, gifts, etc.

3.Exhibit Space Arrangement: The organizer will assign exhibit space on a basis of “first-come, first-served”. Upon space arrangement, exhibitor will receive a confirmation letter from the organizer after registration. The organizer reserves the ultimate right to adjust few booths considering the overall effect of the exhibition.

4. Attending Procedures: Please carefully fill in “cippe2009 application/contract” stamped with the company’s seal, and then email or fax it to the organizer for registration. The full payment for participation shall be accomplished within 10 business days upon receipt the confirmation letter from the organizer, and then the exhibitor shall send the remittance slip/copy to the organizer’s office via fax or email in time. Booking received without this deposit will not be confirmed.

5. Exhibitor Manual:The organizer shall mail “Exhibitor Manual” (including information concerned with the schedule, hotel, freight forwarding, transportation, stand construction etc.) to exhibitors 80 days before the exhibition inauguration.
